Just AWFUL!!!!! Service was terrible! After ordering our drinks, the waitress never came to bar to pick them up. Finally, I got up & got them myself. The table next to us also got up & got their drinks. I took one sip of my drink (it was horrible), and let it sit. The waitress never noticed. The bartender saw, but I assume since she wasn't our server, who cares. She was too busy eating and on her phone. Customer service does not appear to be the priority here.
We always get a good meal. And, if something isn't just right they are more than happy to fix it! Can't beat their super salads!
I just called to place a take out order and the hostess said it would be 40-45 minutes because they currently have 60 people in their restaurant......I'm sorry to hear your restaurant can't handle a dining room full of customers in addition to take out orders. Good thing the deck's not open today!
First time Customer. Ordered the NY strip. Was brought out at room temperature at best and really fatty cut for the price. Could have gone to outback or Texas RH for a better meal and better price. Don't think I'd go back again.
They gave Joe 84% off his tab because he turned 84 yesterday. He was going to get a salad and the waitress said he should get something really good so he got a steak covered in blue cheese on a bed of sauteed onions with a side salad and french fries. I got wings, salad and celery with blue cheese. We each had a Coors Light. It was very pleasant. Very friendly people. We were in and out in an hour.
