I am thankful that Doug was our inspector. His initial inspection pointed out an item that became part of our purchase agreement. As we got near the closing we asked him if he could recheck to see if this problem had been taken care of. He went right out and rechecked and found it had not been addressed. Immediately got the sellers to take care of it and once again the day before closing Doug went out and verified that all was well. He literally saved the day for us.
