Would give this place 0 star if I could. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Paid over $1600 for a repair and 60k mileage service and the work was not done. Rails came off immediately after picking up my car and my vehicle still has service required signals. Tried to reach out to service advisor and service manager with no replies. Even tried to bring my vehicle in to have them fix the mistakes and they couldn’t schedule that correctly! Absolute nightmare
In September of 2020 I purchased a Certified Pre Owned 2017 Land Rover Range Rover Sport from Hennessy in North Atlanta. I had the vehicle delivered to me in MS. Upon receiving the vehicle I immediately noticed an audible squeak inside the cabin and that the front passenger strut would deflate and refill constantly. Everything went great with the purchase of my Jaguar F-Pace. Roger H. and Roth were both very helpful. However, once I got home with my car I noticed there was a piece missing (a cover which hides the tow hitch I'm assuming). We called and was told that it was removed when the car went through detailing/clean-up after the purchase. We were told that they would send it to us Fed-Ex. That was a month ago and we still do not have it. Not too happy with their customer service once you make the purchase and leave the lot!

Overall really great experience. Andrew was great and helped us get a great price on the right car before we made the drive from Nashville. Our local dealer couldn't even come close to their price! When we arrived Roger helped us and was exceptional! He went over and above to makes sure the car was perfect and that we felt valued and cared for. Car biz has a bad rep a lot of times, but I've found that this dealership has great people and they treated us very well. Recommended!!!
We have purchased two Range Rovers and one Jaguar from this dealership in the past 7 years. Our experience has been nothing short of fantastic. My wife and I are spoiled with their excellent sales and service teams. We actually look forward to the service visits to see whats new in the showroom also.
