Excellent service and results as always. I had a closing on a house in the morning and Ken was on the job 20minites after I requested his service to get it into move in ready clean. Carpets and vents look great.

I have used Ken on many occasions to clean my carpets. He is always punctual and professional. The carpets are always cleaned to my expectations. Use Ken if you want the best!

Ken was very personable and seemed to be a great guy. However - after he had to pull 100ft of hose to get into my town house, I feel that he rushed through the cleaning process. At the end he said if you call me back it will cost more for having to pull that much hose out. Umm.. a) if it was too much work for you, you should have said so b) requested additional money for having to pull out more hose, or c) simply say you could not complete the job. Ken was very professional and on time. He did an amazing job at getting old stains out of my carpets that were from the previous owners. No idea how old the stains were, wish I could post before and after pictures. So happy with his service. This is my second time using him and from my first experience I knew I had to go with him again, man was it the best choice. Price and quality was great! Thanks again Ken your the best!!!!
