We bought our new Bennington from Rich. The dealership goes above and beyond for customer service. It was wonderful to deal with them and the no hassle pricing was great. I could have not asked for a more professional dealership. I need to thank Nic who delivered our boat to Wisconsin in the rain. RecommendedI bought a used boat from Hennepin a few years ago and just got to thinking about what a good experience it was, they were honest about the boat, mechanically sound but floor needed work it had sat out, no biggy as i planned to fix myself, they were great to deal with, offered to take it on the river on the worst possible December weather day of the year but in insisted we just hear it run in shop, they were so helpful, walked me over to bank and got everything legal and squared away and even as I was pulling out a taillight... read more

Terrible customer service. Called them from the river a couple weeks because I was having boat trouble. My first time out with my new (old) boat and was having issues. They wouldn’t hardly even give me the time of day. Then when they found out it was an OMC Cobra outdrive they pretty much hung up on me for the most part. Outdrive wasn’t even the problem come to find out it was a carb issue and I had it fixed in about 5 minutes but no thanks to the folks at hennepin marine!! I’ll never take my boat there that’s a guarantee!!
