Great people to deal with, every single one. They take good care to make sure you are satisfied and get exactly what you want or need.
I am told they have been a Mercury dealer for many years so I would assume they know the basics of the engine very well. Had a problem on a 40HP engine and the owner kept telling me since I didn't buy the boat from him I would be placed at the back of the line and others who DID buy from him would be moved ahead of me. I described the problems I was having and was offered no realistic or even basic troubleshooting advice. I ended up researching this on line and checked the main fuse and that was the problem.
