I have felt every section of The Hennepin Burn Center to be top notch, EXCEPT for their billing department. They do not answer phones call or return phone calls, they vaguely respond to messages within the patient portal, they delete messages, it's truly like pulling teeth. I've been going in circles with them for well over a month. I've requested a statement, a list of denied claims, which insurance they are billing, since I have two, and it's just another vague response that provides absolutely no usedful information.
