Nurse Sue and Dr. Emily made a very uncomfortable situation incredibly easy and relaxing. I felt so safe in their hands and like they truly cared. Thank you Sue and Emily!
I have felt every section of The Hennepin Burn Center to be top notch, EXCEPT for their billing department. They do not answer phones call or return phone calls, they vaguely respond to messages within the patient portal, they delete messages, it's truly like pulling teeth. I've been going in circles with them for well over a month. I've requested a statement, a list of denied claims, which insurance they are billing, since I have two, and it's just another vague response that provides absolutely no usedful information.
Easy hospital to stay at , didn't fee any pain
I am currently receiving daily outpatient treatment for wounds sustained in a bike accident. Because of the pain and my limited range of movement, I can't treat my own wounds. I went to 3 providers for treatment before i got referred to the burn clinic. I was shocked to realize the difference that quality wound care makes.
