Raul Guzman was our sales rep and he was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable with a great personality-not pushy at all! Very seamless process as we didn’t want to spend a lot of time at the dealership when picking up our new ride. Very disappointed with the service. I called Henna Chevrolet twice and both times the same representative hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. Totally unprofessional. I’ve decided to take my business to another dealer who respects their customers’ time and inquiries.
I want to share how impressed I am with Henna's quick response to my issue. A manager by the name of Mark Rowe quickly returned my call and did so in a very professional way. Not only did he apologize for what had happened, he quickly corrected the situation. I did purchase a new vehicle from them in 2021 and based on Mr. Rowe's response, I will again do business with them in the future.
