I had to use them a while back to unlock my car and they were there in a reasonable time and only charged 45$, exactly what they quoted over the phone. All other locksmiths I have dealt with in the past take forever to get there and NEVER come close to the price they quote over the phone. This was my first positive experience with a locksmith. I would definitely use Henley's again in the future.
Awesome service! I purchased a used vehicle that didn't have the right key to work all of the locks. I took a lock cylinder to them without an appointment and they made a key with the perfect fit. I even went in a couple of weeks later to have them make the cuts for the ignition cylinder so that I could have one key for all locks, and within 10 minutes, he had the key working the ignition as well! Great service at a great price! Now I have one key for all of my locks and didn't have to purchase any new locks!
Worst in the business. A bunch of old asswholes who always tell you what they c annot do versus what they will do. Been that way for over 20 years. Gave them another shot recentky, but proved nothing has changed. American Lock and Key.!!!!
Appeared and fixed lock from truck very quickly...not cheap. Good business to look in to!
