Since moving into the Beach area 10 years ago this has been my neighbourhood pharmacy. With Zahir, the original owner, working toward retirement, Farah the new pharmacist-owner has been amazing. As a Dr. of Pharmacy, Farah definitely has and provides all the necessary information required to assist her customers. I had an allergic reaction which caused hives, heart palpitations, and trouble breathing. Pharmacist/owner Farah couldn't have kinder. She administered an EpiPen, prescribed ointment for the itching and stayed with me until the hives and swelling went away. She also gave me her cell number in case I had any problems in the night! I thought this type of customer service was long gone. Thank you Farah!
Bar none the best pharmacy in the area. I have been going for years and the service is excellent, the pharmacists truly care about you and support you. Pharmacist Zahir has been a staple and has gone above and beyond for me and a friend of mine over the years. This has been my pharmacy for 30 years and has always given outstanding service. Now, while the original pharmacist transitions into retirement, the newer and younger team members are providing the same high calibre service: from medication information to doing the hard work of getting your medication repeats on time.
