THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM DO NOT CALL THEM. My husband and I bought our house in manayunk two years ago. Our roof is three years old but seemed to develop a small leak where the chimney was. We had one guy come out before Henkel who stated that our roof looked great but did have a small crack where the chimney was. He quoted us $350 to fix it. We got another estimate from Henkel.
