I did 4 not 5 stars because when I first went in I felt with a salesman named Steve who was rude obnoxious and acted better then me. Even called me a liar about things I knew. I was outraged dealing with him and I walked out. Then I met Dan Swanson. He is by far the best salesman I have worked with in years. He is the reason I give 4 stars. He is smart and knows how to care about the customers. If you deal with them only work with Dan Swanson

Just want to say I don't know how nobody else experience has been with this company but I had a great experience me and my wife went in we told him what we wanted we test it out a few cars they were very busy didn't really have time for us but they actually one guy set aside some time Garrett Miller and he showed us the five vehicles that we want to look at even though he was pressed for time and we walked out with the vehicle that we want it with the price that we want it no hassle that was probably one of the great experie... read more

Cam did an excellent job helping us find a minivan with the right features that was in our budget. He made the experience enjoyable and the process easy. Henkel clearly has the best prices. We'll continue to shop with them in the future.

The vehicle I purchased has junk ties on it. They are weather checked and coming apart between the treads inn all four tires. Both of the front tires have worn chewed up shoulders on them. I like the vehicle itself, that's why in the end I purchased it. I spent 25,000 on a vehicle that is riding on unsafe tires. I was told that Henkel doesn't deal with tires. So if you need new tires on this vehicle you just gave us 25k for, it's your problem, not ours. I like my Jeep allot, but my next vehicle will more than likely be purch... read more
