I got TWELVE (12!) spam emails from Divosta / Pulte within an hour of me visiting this community, all sent within the same minute. Some emails were for a community with prices wildly outside of my price range. And a spam text message too calling me by a someone else's name. This is not normal for a builder selling $1M houses
I love many things about this neighborhood. The front entrance is beautiful, exterior home color schemes and landscaping is especially attractive. Easy homebuying process with Liz.
