Loved the "old" history of this place. Had the sourbratten and my friend had the chicken Zinfandel. Both were very tasty and the servings were generous! Menu had a good assortment and not your typical "pub" food. Attentive wait staff. Will definitely go back!
Great atmosphere and even better food! Staff are the most friendly people. They made us feel like we were one of the family in for a visit!!
One of my favorite restaurants. Period. Nothing but great food, awesome ambiance, and some of the best owners around. The Sauerbraten, potato pancakes, and red cabbage is by far my favorite dish on the menu, but I have never had a bad meal here since the new owners took over. From the onion soup to the burgers to the Ruben sandwich it's all awesome. We love this place so much that I proposed to my wife here and had our wedding reception upstairs. A true Bayonne Tradition.
We love Hendrickson's! I usually get a burger or a chicken entree, but recently tried the stuffed flounder. It was excellent, would definitely get it again! (This is Feb 2017; not sure why date is coming up as Nov. 2015)
