They came to my house on 8-24-2020 to remove three bushes and charged me $ 450.00 for less than 30 Mins of work. $ 350.00 to Cut Shrubs to Ground Level and a Service Charge To Haul and Dump debris of $ 100.00. They did Not Even Clean Sight. So now I have to Pay Someone Else to Do That Area Clean Up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh That's Right CV 19 Applies but This was a NO contact But I was there any way to supervise for my 87 year old mother.

They are dishonest, rude, condescending, and did not pay for the damage they caused to our house. When they damaged our house the owner lectured me saying, “you should be grateful the damage wasn’t worse”. It was clear he never had any intention of taking responsibility for damage his crew caused. They broke a tile from our house siding while removing tree limbs from our yard. my 100 year old white oak tree was blown over at 4 am this morning these guys are professional fast and friendly During a very stressful morning they eased all fears and took care of it. I'll never r use another tree service

Joe and his crew are amazing. walked us thru the plan, made recommendations and executed flawlessly. Have some additional preventative work I would like to complete this year and there will be no hesitation on using them again.

We recently had Hendrickson's out to trim some much neglected pin oaks, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From beginning to end, Joe and his team were receptive and responsive to our questions and needs. They went above and beyond in caring for both our trees and and our entire property while they were doing their work. We are looking forward to utilizing them for upcoming projects!

We had a tree fall on our house during the recent rains. It was a big job (a large crane was needed to remove the tree). Hendrickson did an outstanding job on the job. They were extremely professional and took everything into consideration (damage to yard, ensuring no new damage to house, getting the tree off the house ASAP). They also were very easy to work with and did everything possible to get our house and yard back to normal. We will definitely use them for all of our future work.

The only arborists I trust. I had a couple other companies give me a quote too and they never mentioned that I would be putting my oaks at risk if I had them trimmed during the summer months. Either the other guys didn't know or they just wanted me to get the work done then and not in a few months. Either way, I appreciate Hendrickson's professionalism.

Hendrickson Tree Care Company was great to work with! We had four tree infested with emerald ash borers. The HTC crew removed the four trees and ground the stumps. Joe and his team were on time, professional, and cleaned up afterwards! We couldn't be happier! We'll definitely use HTC again if the need arises.

Joe and all the guys are great to work with. They are all so nice and knowledgeable. I needed a company with arborists who know all about trees to answer any questions in addition to general limb elimination. They did a great job.
