This is a company like companies “used to be.” Real humans, honest communication, real customer care. We had an issue with the type of carpet we ordered that they resolved immediately. So much prefer working with local friendly people than robots and big corporations! It’s worth the price to use Naturlich flooring. Would recommend to everyone !

Naturlich was a pleasure to work with. They had multiple hardwood floor selections and provided expert advice for kitchen floors. We had a bamboo floor that failed at early age. We installed a new beautiful hickory floor which had light colors and hardness. The company was very helpful and fast with scheduling and on-site work. We love the floor and get many compliments from guests.
We couldn’t be happier! The quality of the cork, the precision and professionalism of the installers, and the support, guidance and advice from Rob and his crew was world class. As foodies who spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and eating, It makes such a difference to have a floor that is warm and also and so comfortable and soft to stand on, even in bare feet. Wish we had done this years ago.
