I love my new carpets and floors! Rob was great to work with, provided insight and advice and patiently worked with me until we landed on the perfect flooring solutions for my home. Very friendly, knowledgeable and "got" me. This is a company like companies “used to be.” Real humans, honest communication, real customer care. We had an issue with the type of carpet we ordered that they resolved immediately. So much prefer working with local friendly people than robots and big corporations! It’s worth the price to use Naturlich flooring. Would recommend to everyone !

Naturlich was a pleasure to work with. They had multiple hardwood floor selections and provided expert advice for kitchen floors. We had a bamboo floor that failed at early age. We installed a new beautiful hickory floor which had light colors and hardness. The company was very helpful and fast with scheduling and on-site work. We love the floor and get many compliments from guests.
