HT has been an answered prayer for my family.
The staff are very nice and I like the fact that I can leave a message thru, and they get back to me right away. Dr Borders is also very nice. He helped me a lot in the beginning of my issues. He gave me samples of the medication I needed because it was expensive. He gave me medication until I was able to wean off from Ingrezza. He reset my mouth to be normal which I like.
Reminders are considered a luxury despite them not providing them consistently. I only receive reminders for one provider via email and text despite me stating only text. They have an app to view appointments but don’t have all of their providers so if you’re lucky enough to get one not on their app you’ll have to call and text for your appointment info or make sure to remember to note it down after your emotionally draining appointments, especially if you’re going for PTSD and trauma. Hendricks Therapy is AMAZING!! All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. All of the providers have been great. Shout out to Adison and Andrea! My family loves Andrea and we always say she is our favorite provider out of all the providers we see anywhere! We wish all our providers were as caring as she is.
