I would give this place a zero if I could...not only was my therapist very belittling and cut me off all the time, but they charged me for a missed appointment that I never had. Highly suggest NOT going here
What a GOD AWFUL PLACE!!!!I Go there at your own risk. I have never met a more incompetent person than Ms Lyndsay! thought I had completely recovered from my “mis”treatment at this facility. This is without question the worst healthcare provider I’ve ever dealt with in my life. From top to bottom. I’ve been on the same medication regiment since 2014. Literally every single time my prescription was to be sent to a pharmacy, the scripts were wrong and/or they were not sent in prior to the pharmacy running out of the medication (despite me explicitly stating the pharmacy said they were low on inventory and would need to receive the Rx promptly). My daughter saw Pam. She needed mood stabilizers but Pam insisted that we put her on antidepressants that made her mania worse. My daughter didn't want put back on meds that didn't help and Pam did not listen. She told me, I'm the provider not you. Absolutely disgusting behavior and no help to anyone struggling with mental health.
