*UPDATE* After submitting my complaint to Hendricks I was contacted by a representative of the staff. She not only followed up with how I was feeling, but also informed me that she personally saw to action being taken to educate staff on HIPPA and courtesy care to patients. I was extremely impressed with her response and care about my experience. She genuinely cared and was incredibly sincere.
