Called in a refill for a perscription two days ago, when I went in to pick it up they never sent the request to my doctor, this issue is only a problem because Maynard only works there 4 days a week. Now I am left waiting until Monday and its not even a gurantee that I will recieve it then. The nurse pract came out to speak with me and made it sound as if it were my fault for their screw up. Myself and extended family followed our long time family doctors David Bain and Neal Zatlinski to this facility. Service and care has diminished considerably since their move. Wait times to speak with a human has gone beyond ridiculous!! Had the unpleasant experience dealing with both immediate care doctor andemergency room doctor. Was promptly sent on our way with their acknowledgment of not knowing what was wrong.
