Been dealing with the whole money thing it sad I owe 89.00 i think it is not sure but don't want to refill my sugar meds til my bill is paid knowing my currant situation and seems I am just a dollar sign to this place than i am a patient. Well I tried to resolve this last year but seem to fail they wanted all of it before they do anything finally was able to get 1 month supply which i had to pay for with money i did not have that i could of applied to my bill but they chose to do it this way so I am looking for a new DR sorr... read more
I love everyone in this office! Dr. Hendricks has been my doctor for over 9 years, and I am extremely pleased with the care and respect I receive from everyone in the practice. They listen and are compassionate. He is not a "treat 'em and street 'em" kind of doctor--he treats you as a patient/human being and not just your symptoms. They are all wonderful.
The Dr. Is pretty nice but now even though I have insurance that covers me in full without any copays now I'm being told by the receptionist that I had to pay $100 or I could not see my Dr. Again
Great folks and great medical care. Just got my Whooping Cough shot so I'm safe around my new Grandson!
Dr. Malcolm Hendricks is the greatest. He is extremely thorough in all areas. Ha has been my doctor for at least five years and I have no plans to change doctors. Respectful, knowledgeable, attentive, etc.
