Very unhappy both w/cost and honesty. I brought in a 2019 Toyota RAV4, 113.5K, w/two issues, a communication module failed message, which has been on for a while. Disappointed that 1) you have to pay $175 to have it diagnosed and 2)>$1,000 to have it replaced. Meanwhile this message plays every time the car starts (12 seconds), they cannot shut it off w/out replacing it for the amount. I do not believe that but I am not a Tech. Other issue, engine maintenance message, diagnosis $175, cost to repair >$500. They cannot s... read more

Serious red flag with this dealership. They advertise vehicles as Toyota Certified, but the car I purchased had major mechanical and safety issues. It clearly didn’t meet Toyota’s certification standards. Toyota should investigate their certification process. On June 16, 2025, I visited Tri County Dealership for a scheduled test drive of a Toyota vehicle. I am currently a Lexus owner and know the benefit of reliability of the Toyota brand. I started my research for a reliable AWD used vehicle for my 19 yr. old niece/college student in Vermont. I narrowed to Honda CRV and Toyota RAV4. Luckily, I met Jacoub Oueini in sales (21 + yrs with the brand). He was the right amount of informative, and customer focused. Marvin sold us our car in May 2025. At that time he was extremely helpful, with spending time with us to make sure we were comfortable in the car that we ultimately decided to purchase. Chris Brown was amazing!  I had a flat tire while traveling in the are from out of town, came into the dealership off the road with a Lexus and he went out of his way to assist me . If you live in the area,  he is inventive alone to get a Toyota from this dealership and use it for all needs.

I have been a Toyota customer for over 30 years and a customer of Savannah Toyota since March 2010, when I purchased my first vehicle from their store. I had no issues until around 2019, when the paint job on my car began to peel off. Toyota Corporate suggested that Savannah Toyota perform the paint repairs, as the vehicle was covered under the Toyota Corporate paint warranty. I recently purchased a new 2025 Camry from Kunes Toyota of Galesburg, Illinois; Scott Carlson was my salesperson. I very much enjoyed working with Scott and found him to be extremely helpful in every aspect of the purchase. He is kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable in regard to the vehicles and the sales process. The other Kunes staff who participated in my purchase are also to commended.
