Purchased a 2019 Platinum Highlander. Having major problems with navigation. Stop in the service dept and they acted like they’ve never seen this problem before. Told to bring the car in and they would take a look at it. Husband planned to take off work to get problem fix. Only to find out on line that consumers who have purchased the platinum package are all having problems and Toyota is aware but doesn’t have a fix yet. This place is full of dishonest people. Bought a vehicle from them on July 20th. During the test drive the salesman showed us this neat feature called a "jump seat" or what Toyota calls a Stow Seat. He explained how the dealership purchased one for the vehichle since it was used and the previous owners took it out. While we were doing the financing, the dealership cleaned our vehicle.
