Because when you give blood, you are saving 3 people lives. If I can’t do anything else, at least I could do that.
Staff is superb. They are very professional and very safe. Cleanliness is top priority as well as the protocol, questioning, and steps to get the blood. Last but not least, the stick is NOT painful. It is great and it is set correctly to get your blood. Refreshments and rest is provided until you are ready to go. I highly recommend this group of professionals for your blood donation. Best anywhere in Central Texas!!
They were overloaded today with donors and the staff was courteous, quick and kind. Regina my phlebotomist was super friendly, and made the donating experience more enjoyable.
