Bought my first Porsche from Alex and Porsche Delaware and had an amazing experience. Purchased a warranty through them for a used 2016 Cayenne I bought. They said the cancelation process would be simple if I ever sold the car. Well I sold the car, and the cancelation process has been brutal. It’s been over 8 weeks and I still have yet to receive my refund, and they are very unresponsive.
