BUYER BEWARE! MUST READ! I bought an Audi A7 along with an extended warranty from Hendrick +$41,000. Within 30 days the car needed new motor mounts and front control arms. The warranty sold to me by Hendrick is saying the issue is pre-existing and the responsibility of the dealership. Hendrick is telling me I bought the car AS IS and says they are not responsible for the pre-existing conditions. Today I made a purchase from Hendrick Lexus of Charleston. This was my second purchase in four years. The reason they received my repeat business is of course Lexus is a quality vehicle inside and out. But more importantly the customer service is second to none. Consumer should know what type of people they’re doing business with. There is an employee named Clark Fanning that works in the service department for Lexus. This is a family orientated business.
