In April my wife took our Kia Sportage in to be checked out with a knocking sound coming from the AC and a crack that appeared in the passanger door. She was told that the AC issue was under warranty but the part was not in stock we would be called when the part came in. After multiple phone calls by my wife I called and finally got somone that said the part was on the shelf and scheduled the repair for last week! 3 months later!!! The repair for the AC went well. I absolutely recommend them I love my Kia optima!!!! Clayton got me exactly what I wanted within my budget.. He was very professional and amazing. I will be back for my next purchase of my SUV very soon. I also recommended him to all my coworkers and they all came too we all got Kia optimas our whole bus lot looks like a Kia dealership! lol. Clayton does his due diligence for the customer.5 stars from me!!!!!

Typical run of the mill, LYING car dealership. These are the dealerships that give the "GOOD GUYS" a really BAD name. I would NOT recommend anyone buy from Hendrick in Concord, NC. Not angry.....just did NOT like being treated with NO RESPECT. I guess I should thank them for being the liars they are. I was able to purchase EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED elsewhere the very next day!!!!
