We had not purchased a car from the dealer in 10 years. We had a very good experience with Hendricks KIA especially the salesperson who assisted us. Michael Fernez treated us like family. He went to bat for us and got the price where we wanted. Also was very helpful. When we picked up the car we were an hour early. He was assisting another couple but made time for us also. I’d like to speak up for your salesman Frankie Foy. I have had an issue with the paint on my 2017 Sportage and had reached out to your corporate office to see if they could do anything for me and nothing had been accomplished after I did everything that they had asked me to do.
