What a bad experience with this dealership.... I want to exclude Joao, he is a great salesman and always tried to help us to get the deal done. It all started in my interest in a preowned car, when I went the first time I felt immediately discriminated with comments of the Preowned Manager who told me that was very weird that the Credit Union I was pre approved was pre approving a HISPANIC person. I purchased a 2018 certified pre-owned Honda CRV from this dealership. It has never worked since I received it. All of the computer sensors flash and the car will stop driving randomly. Slams on the breaks without warning and with nothing in front of the car. Then the car will not move until it resets which has taken hours and left me stranded. This is extremely dangerous and there are many claims of this happening, including a class action lawsuit. When I told the dealership what happened they refused to take responsibility... read more
