Made an appointment. Came in for said appointment and was told it would be about 45 minutes to complete the oil change. I waited over an hour before simply asking how much longer I should expect. I was rudely responded to with "it usually takes an hour and fifteen... *stare* *eyeroll*" (as he walked to the service floor) when he returned he simply said "they haven't even brought it back yet" and returned to his computer. Have dealt with numerous Honda dealers over the past 20 years in multiple states and hands down Hendricks has the best staff in sales and service. They are extremely customer friendly and I wouldn't deal with anyone else. Before making a purchase anywhere, else give them an opportunity to beat any competitors price and they will with a smile.
