My son is a student at FSU in Tallahassee. Unfortunately, someone scraped the rear left bumper of his new Tesla with her car when she backed out of a parking space next to him. My son had recently purchased the car so it was quite upsetting. Since he was up at school in Tallahassee and not in Tampa near a Tesla facility, he needed to get the car repaired there. Friendly and informative people work here. I brought my car In for an estimate and then for repair. From Joel to Nicki, David and the people who helped in the repair, everyone was great. I was kept informed the whole way (both cost and time to repair) and they worked hard to get my vehicle back to me when promised. It is worth the 70 miles drive to bring your vehicle in here for repair.
I went to Hendricks Collision Center this morning for a quote on removal of my truck badges. My appointment was with Joel Castineria. He came out look at my badges and said I will remove those for free sir. Well I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did he remove the badges he polished the areas so that it looks brand new. Hendricks has always done excellent work on any repairs for me. Thanks again Joel
David and his team took the time to work my vehicle into their busy schedule right before the Christmas holiday after I was turned away from five other repair shops in town. I am grateful to know that there are businesses that still put their customers first.
Truck is still in shop at the moment. I will say Tony has been calling making sure I know where they are in the repair asking is there anything I need and making sure I understand what’s going on.
