I was in the road, headed back home in my 2016 Ram 2500. I started leaking antifreeze. Chris, in service took me right in, and had me back on the road within 3.5 hours. This would be great service on a weekday, but this was Saturday after lunch. I highly recommended them based on this experience. Thanks again!
My actual buying experience was not top notch, but OK (I'm retired military and used USAA's car buying service - took a little negotiation to get the dealership to stand up to their part). Still, I elected to purchase a Ram 1500 w/dealer-installed tri-fold tonneau cover. Weeks later the cover just blew off the back of the truck while driving on I65.
