The salesperson where great Brandon M and Adam Sokari where very nice and helpful. But the finance department needs to step it up a little waiting 5 hours was to long .
UPDATE: 10/10/18 Their service manager got in contact with me and we went to see them. They are working very very hard to right the situation. They are honest and didn’t mark up the prices for parts or skyrocket labor costs. They are polite and explained what happened. When we discussed what was wrong with my vehicle they did it without being condescending or “mansplaining.” I left my vehicle with them to be fixed. They have earned my trust. I would recommend. Great experience with this dealership for the second time around! McKenna my salesperson was amazing and very knowledgeable of the products. Adam who worked the deal ensured he got me an amazing deal to show the Hendrick love for the customer. Wrapped it all up with Chris who did the paperwork and he was on point! He knew everything and was able to close out the paperwork immediately and without effort, making it an amazing overall experience.

Back in May, I had to drop off my Jeep mid road trip and in dire need of services for coolant temp. After 6 weeks and a $3,500 bill (not including hotel/rental/plane ticket), I was assured it was fixed. Well here I am, with an additional $3,500 bill FOR THE SAME ISSUE! Not only that, upon receiving the diagnosis from a local Jeep dealership, they state some of the issues come from damages made by the previous shop, THIS SHOP!
