Service Department was amazing today. My DEF pump went out as I was passing through on I-459 and the truck was destined for limp mode. They got my truck fixed in a few hours and we were able to continue on home. The service writer Al was super nice & understanding, and the diesel mechanic found where a previous mistake was made at another dealer when a recall was performed. Highly recommend them. I only wish I wasn't 6 hours away because they would be my "Go To" dealership.
I recently purchased a Tahoe from Hendrick all I can say is Jeremy Jiles is one of the best salesman I've ever dealt with. I had a bad experience at previous dealership before arriving at Hendrick and dealing with Jeremy. He was night and day compared to the other salesman. We had some hick-ups with our purchase of a new 2018 Ram 1500 Express Crew Cab Pickup, but Brandon and John Porter made it right. It took a bad review on this page, which i have since deleted, but they went above a beyond to make me a satisfied customer. I recommend looking your vehicle over closely before signing for it but rest assured this dealership really truly wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.
I have had my van service here twice. First time they kept it 17 days and the check engine light came back on the next day. When I took it back, they said it was a glitch and cleared the light. It came back on 20 minutes later. This visit, they had it 12 days and the engine light is back on after having it back 4 hours. The service department had it 9 days before ever looking at it.
