My experience with Evan Staley was very disappointing. When I contacted him about a property, he was immediately rude and unprofessional, and his attitude felt biased and dismissive. Communication was poor, he rarely returned calls or emails, which made the process extremely frustrating. You would expect more effort to fill commercial spaces during this time, but that was not the case. I do not recommend leasing or working with him.
