Trying to get someone on the phone was comical. I tried to get someone on the line to get a desperately needed prescription refilled and I tried FOR AN HOUR to get somebody, ANYBODY, to pick up the phone. I tried to go through the nurse prompt or prescription refill prompt for two days. I’m still on hold as I’m typing. We’ve tried every prompt, every number that we could, to the point of it being ridiculous , just to get a human on the other end. Nothing. What if Dad stroked out because nobody will answer? Dr Hendon is such a great doctor! He has great bedside manners. He is very kind, personal, and thorough. I never feel rushed when I’m there and he always listens. His staff is always professional, and his nurse Grace is amazing! I couldn’t have chosen a better doctor.
