We were clients of this clinic because we liked Dr. Swain. She is a very good doctor. But the attitude of the staff with the worst! There are only boors at the reception! They can't get through properly! It is impossible to schedule a visit. These are the worst boors. Such people should not work with clients! This is unacceptable. We are forced to change the clinic. It's a pity that I'll have to change the doctor. I do not recommend this clinic.
This is the worst clinic!!!! I haven't been able to get an appointment for my children for over a year!!!! Everything was fine before the hurricane. But now it's terrible. I came with my sick son who had a fever. But they haven't seen us for half a day already!!!! It's just awful! I've never seen such rude staff! This is the worst clinic in the world! Before the hurricane, we were very happy with it. There was a good doctor and the receptionists were nice. But after the hurricane, it's full of rude people! Terrible attitude towards patients. No service whatsoever. They are simply rude. After the hurricane, it was impossible to even schedule a simple doctor's visit for the children. They kept saying they would call back, but nothing! And when my son got sick, we waited half a day in the car, and they still didn't see us. It's terrible... read more
