I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years, today for the first time ever I was 11 minutes after my appt time, I called to let them know I was going to be a few minutes after. I was told that I had a 5 minute grace period, I walked in at exactly 1:11 making me 6 minutes behind the allotted 5 minute grace period. Dr. Morris is the best in town. Five stars is not enough!
Office never informed us the doctor was not in the office the day of our initial visit. Walked in the office at the appointment time and most lights were off and receptionist informed me the doctor was not in but when everyone returned from lunch she would see if they could fit us in with some random doctor. I asked why we weren’t informed the doctor needed to reschedule and receptionist said “I don’t want to get into that but we can wait to see if they can fit us in” My daughter is 13.
