We have been going to Henderson,s Restaurant for 60 yrs.we have been married 58 yrs and we went 2yrs before we married. They have a wide variety of food but catfish is their specialty. We always eat fish. I could make a meal on the slaw ( which is a little different, but delicious ) and the best hushpuppies you have ever eat. It is family owned and run so they take real pride in the food and service.
Been eying here for over 38 years, what else can I say...
Used to eat here many years ago with college friends, and definitely got our fill of great all you can eat catfish. Wish it were staying open...
Helen and Ellis Adams took me with them and their daughter Teresa pretty much every friday for years. I always got the hamburger steak because i didn't like fish. Now i love the flounder and don't think i can get it like theirs anywhere else! Love the great family as much as the great food! Will so miss them.
Wonderful family, amazing food. Our community won't be the same.
The best!! Love the family and love the food. For as long as I can remember, I've eat there as a small child with my parents, then took my kids, now I take my grandkids!! Can't imagine Henderson's not being here anymore! It's gonna be a sad, sad goodbye!!!! Thanks for all the great memories and good food! Love you guys!!!!�
