I notified the company that I needed to terminate my lease early due to an emergency. My wife and I were told to return the keys. After we did so, we were informed of additional lease termination requirements and later charged over $8,000. We repeatedly attempted to resolve the matter and requested to exercise the buyout option, but were told it was no longer available. Others should carefully review their lease and obtain all termination instructions in writing before returning keys.
We had a pretty serious issue with when we thought our lease was ending compared to when we had made arrangements to move out. Happy to say i actually received a phone call and upper management decided to let us out of our lease, kudos to them

I Signed a lease on July 18 to move in a apartment end of September I got a relocation promotion a week later I terminated the lease on July 31 on a apartment I never step foot in or lived in here it is January 2024 they send a letter asking me for 4000 dollars for rent in a apartment I never even lived in these people are crooks trying to rob hard working people of there money stay far away. And read all your paperwork all the small print.
Garbage, run far away. There is nothing good or redeeming about this place and there is good reason why they have nothing but bad ratings.
