Every time I go in there I wait at least an hour. I was once told that they tell people their appointment time is 15 minutes before it is actually scheduled. The reason is that people are always late. Today I had an urgent matter and was headed out of town. I was 8 minutes late and they marked me as a no show. Told me to come back at one and they may be able to squeeze us in. I went to urgent care. Urgent care had to call NC pediatric for approval to treat us per our insurance. I love this doctor's office it's very kid friendly they treat my son very well I don't have any complaints I recommend
