We've been going here for about 6 years now and when the new management took over it's gone completely downhill since. The owner/dentist came out when there was a discrepancy regarding what they quoted me and then what they were charging me, as they changed that amount 3 times during one visit, and completely talked down to me and degraded me. Not one bad experience.. everyone is professional and very nice..they answer all your questions and actually listen to your concerns..
They've been our dentist and ortho for years. Every staff member and doctor put patients needs first. They want patients to have healthy teeth. There's no teeth shaming, just help to fix issues. They work with you and your insurance to keep costs reasonable. I wouldn't even consider another dentist or ortho. Thank you for amazing service over the years.
I called for a emergency extraction they were able to fit me in within a hour! Staff was excellent, I was in and out within a hour and a half. The dentist I saw was very patient and explained everything well. They also beat everones price to pay out of pocket and even helped me with a payment plan. I will be going back when I need more work.
Dr Yip is awesome. They really worked with me on a payment plan. I originally had a poor experience with the front office staff and posted a negative Google Review. Dr. Yip contacted me personally and apologized and assured me she addressed the issues. I haven’t had a problem since. I had a lot of work done during the pandemic. They had extra procedures in place to make sure everything was sterile. I felt completely safe!!
Love this place, and the kids office next door is just as amazing
I would rather not. I used to love it. But 7 years later I am headed somewhere else
