I have leased from Henderson for almost a year. They have a very easy online system to submit repair requests. All of my repair requests have been answered promptly and satisfactorily solved. Hats off to Bobby! He is polite and knowledgeable and makes sure his repairs are done to the complete satisfaction of the renter. Thanks, Bobby!
Five stars for five years of excellence. As an owner and investor hiring Henderson was the single best decision I've made. And, sets the standard by which I compare my other property managers to. The character and leadership of this through company, top to bottom and out to the renters they serve. This is all well and easy enough to say when things go well, but when things sometimes go sideways... that's when Henderdon has been involved and instrumental to me and my renters. Five Stars isn't enough, really.
Pretty Chilled here ,when I have a problem with anything they are quite to fix the problem and they stay on top of it, and everytime I go into the office everyone is very nice to me and friendly and they love seeing me walk through them doors ,and im still waiting for them to put in the water slide outside in the parking lot small joke ,but bottom line this is a good place to live at.
Erik Wysock has completely transformed my portfolio in Longmont and Loveland in the past year. His follow up and attention to details is superb. The culture at Henderson under Jason Hanson's ownership is one focused on getting ahead of problems instead of behind them. They are a well-oiled machine focused on teamwork. Our properties get better each month, and that is the best barometer for superior property management.
