The absolute worst humans I have ever come across in my life. Hands-down. These clowns manage a home that happens to be my neighbor. The house needs to be condemned and leveled. It’s not all Henderson since they’re happy to work with slumlords like the woman who actually owns the home. Up to 30+ birds live within the walls of the home. Raccoons frequent the chimney and Henderson will do nothing about it. They’d rather continue to get paid because the home owner refuses to repair anything. Henderson is a slumlord representative and nothing more.

Danny came to the home we are renting and made several repairs. Fixed and painted the stairs off of the deck. Trimmed the overgrowth off of several of the shrubs. He was always professional and courteous.

if it's possible I would give them a negative star but they have to get something . lMy grandpa was going to rent a property through Henderson property Management with my cousins. They found a place they liked which was nice. But everything about the whole situation was on their advertising was not accurate. And failure to follow the house bill 251249 which caps the security deposit of no more than one month rent.
