Had them as my accountant from time I opened till last year. Was happy till my final year with them and the person who handled my account left them. This was first of the year and was assured my account would be taken care of and it was not. I called on April 12th asking about my taxes and they were like Oh Yea and files extension and all on my account. I had to pay late fees and all else with IRS and Local taxes because they forgot. Then when the bill came it was for 1500 higher that for any other year. When I called and as... read more
