Dustin responded quickly to my phone call, and was able to schedule our inspection promptly. He was already there when we arrived at the house, and was very thorough. We received our inspection report the same day. Don't hesitate to hire Dustin, he was amazing.
Will give 1 star because there is nothing less. A ripoff of $475. Missed holes in walls, holes in doors, rotten garage door, non working toilet, windows not working properly, loose front steps handrails, and then doesn't respond to email. Would not recommend.
