We have a Henderson home and there are a number of ways Bob cut corners on building our spec home but his lack of supervision with his contractors is worse. Two years after our house was built we finally convinced the Henderson Group to come out and see why a particular room was freezing in the winter. Turns out they didn’t insulate the two outside walls. Well today we had some boards replaced on an overhang on the house and there is no insulation. The house isn’t even up to code! Be very careful doing business with Bob.
