On time, friendly and efficient.
We wanted to change the foggy glasses of a window. My experience with Henderson Glass, Livonia was very good from the beginning. They asked a few details over the phone and provided an approximate estimate and set up an appointment for the technician to come and measure the window. Within 2 days they emailed the exact estimate which was not very far from the original estimate. Once I paid the 50% advance and placed the order, they provided me with an installation date. Mike from Henderson came out to replace the glass in a kitchen window. He arrived at the early end of the window they gave me. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He was also a friendly guy and pleasant to be around. I watched him do the job and he happily answered all my questions. Henderson gave me a fair price, an excellent installation and a warranty. I highly recommend them for window glass repair.
