They were quick to call back after I left a message. They made the whole process very easy , I sent photos of my mirror that fell off the wall, they told me based on photos they could possibly reuse the same mirror, if not they gave me a over the phone quote. They were running behind for the day and the installer called to let me know he was running behind. The job was done quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Henderson glass to others
