This entire Team is "Extra-Ordinaire". We had a complicated, heavy Lalique style mirror that cracked. The entire team from Crystal, Zack, Tom and all behind the scenes are very knowlegeable. They not only researched; but provided great information and guidance on how to properly hang it, so it wouldn't break again. The perfect result was amazing! The price was very reasonable. Customer service was exceptional!
