It was a great experience and the employees were very welcoming. The salesman Eric was very helpful and answered all my questions and explained everything to me in detail that I did not understand.
I had a wonderful experience buying a new Escape this past week. My sales associate was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He was very knowledgable about the cars and available incentives, etc. The entire process was enjoyable and everyone there was welcoming. I am very satisfied with my experience here.
