Appointment began on time (+3min, but that's amazingly quick, imho). Staff was courteous and thorough. Doctor was also courteous and considerate to my needs. He provided advice on my specific needs and made reasonable affordable recommendations. Check out was quick. Above & beyond on all counts. Thanks!
Dr. Krepkh handled my son great. He is 3 years and 9 months old and tends to be very difficult when at a doctor's office. However, Dr. Krepkh was able to look in his mouth and tell me all about his teeth. This was his first Dental experience. The office was cheerful and had many toys to keep him occupied.
First visit to this office and was very pleased with the care I received. Anyone looking for a new dentist should try them.
I had lost an onlay (made by a previous dentist), and needed an extensive build-up and crown to replace it. I am still wearing the temporary, awaiting the actual crown, but have had absolutely no discomfort at any time during or since the prep appointment!
The office staff was professional, down to earth, prompt and friendly. The clinical staff were personable, attentive, and maintained a high standard of excellence. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else! The most important thing is that they are Christians who have always implemented integrity and have always been people who maintain Christ like business practices. My experience today was very good. I have used Dr. John Taylor for many years. He will be an asset to your business. As usual Dr. Taylor is very professional in his dealings with patients. He puts you at ease and places the patient first. Both he and his assistant met and exceeded my needs. This was my first visit to your office and everything that I witnessed was positive. I was favorably impressed. Thank you for asking for my feedback.
My daughter loves coming to Dr. Krepkh's office. They have lots of toys to play with and TVs for them to watch while in the dentist's chair. Dr. K is great with children and the visit was super fast! A little bit of wait in the waiting room but nothing abnormal.
