Today a woman by the name of Bonnie Russo came to the home and knew exactly how to talk to a client! I was very impressed with the way she spoke with them and after she left the client said they wish they could have her as her one on one therapist. This client has been against therapy from the beginning but she handled the client with respect, understanding, and compassion! Circular recording with no was to leave a message. Line rings over and over & then the same prompt repeats and it rings again. Nobody answers the phone.
We used this service like ten yrs ago n it helped so much. Dr. Natalie Pratt was our therapist n did an amazing job with my family. Especially my wife.
